Managing large communication systems can quickly become complex, especially when dealing with large call groups and queues. This is why we’re so excited to share our newest feature, designed with a smooth user experience in mind for you and your clients.
Read on to learn the benefits of Alphabetical User Lists.
What are Alphabetical User Lists?
Alphabetical User Lists allow users within call groups and call queues to be displayed in alphabetical order, making navigation significantly easier – especially for larger organisations with high volumes of users.
This adjustment makes it significantly easier to:
- Locate users much faster on larger systems, whilst leaving other extension types sorted by extension number
- Reduce time spent searching long lists extensively for a user
- Improve efficiency for users
Where is it applied?
This feature is applied to:
- Call Groups
- Call Queues
How to enable this feature
This feature can be enabled per PBX server from:
System Operations → Change PBX Mode
As this is a newly released service, it may need to be enabled by our development team for your client’s PBX. If they cannot see the option above, please raise a support ticket with details of what to add and update.
Important information
This update is particularly valuable for resellers managing large numbers of users, where speed and productivity are especially beneficial. By simplifying how users are displayed, you can deliver a much smoother, more efficient experience to your clients.
