Our VIP VoIP platform integrates easily with Microsoft Teams so that users can make & receive regular telephone calls either with their Teams app or with physical telephones. Incoming calls are routed to work-teams or individual people using the standard features of our hosted switchboard system. Each telephone system user is set up with one or more devices according to their preferences. Some might just have the Teams apps, some might have just a physical phone, some might have both.

Call Recording
VIP VoIP are proud to now offer policy based recording of all Teams calls and meetings. VIP VoIP can be connected to your Teams set up even if you don’t have a VoIP system from us. We can still capture recordings of all calls and meetings made to and from Teams. These recordings can then be managed in our easy to use call recording manager.
Contacts Integration
We can synchronise contacts from Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics in to our central phone book system. Whether your staff are using physical phones on a desk or one of our apps they will have access to all of their contacts.
