Rather than having all the VoIP clients in the same environment, each of your clients will be in their own environment. This gives you the freedom to allow your clients to customise their service as much as they want.

When they first join with you we will set them up a virtual switchboard, which is hosted on our server in a managed data centre.

The virtual switchboard provides your client with a fully customisable set of call handling VoIP features, such as geographical numbering, call recording, call centre handling, and fantastically reliable telephony at an incredibly reasonable price.

You can white label the VoIP reseller solution from us, so your clients only see your branding, your prices, and your contact details.

The Set Up

Setting up your customer with our VoIP reseller solution is simple. You can do it yourself, or we can help you with it. Either way, we provide comprehensive training before you start selling so you feel confident in how the process works.

Once you tell us of a customer, we will create them a virtual switchboard. You would request this via the management portal and we will have it done within two working hours.

Once we have it all ready to go we will give you full admin access to their site. We understand they are your customer and we want you to have total ownership over your own accounts.

The next step is for you to buy the phones and configure them to connect to the virtual switchboard.

You are free to buy the phones from anywhere you choose, but we do get bulk buy discount, which we pass on to you. You can also take advantage of our smart auto-provisioning service.

Once the phones are connected to the virtual switchboard you can configure them to the client’s requirements. This is done through the management portal, where you configure hunting sequences, call groups, call queues, auto-responders and voicemail boxes.

Connecting the physical phones up is the next step. This is usually as simple as plugging them in at your customer’s site. Of course, if anything unexpected does crop up, you can always call us. Don’t forget though, this will be covered in the training we give you.

Some clients are happy to do this themselves. Others prefer you to do it and give them some training at the same time.

The final step is porting over the old numbers to the new numbers. This is where we come in again.

We will need a signed letter of authorisation from your client confirming they are happy to have their numbers ported. Once we have the letter, we will start the process. This is often the longest part of the process and can take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks, depending on how many numbers need porting over.

 

The Service Level Agreement

We take our service responsibilities seriously. We offer a standard level of service to all our VoIP resellers, so you get the same great service whether you have one or 1000 clients with us.

Our SLA offers 99.9% availability of our servers. That means there will be no more than one hour of downtime in 1,000 hours of operation.

If for any reason, our server suffers a catastrophic failure, we will have everything back up and running in under 4 hours.

If you need support or to report a problem, we will start investigating and solving the problem within 30 minutes of you reporting it.
