Come checkout how reliable our service really is! We’ve recently updated our website and added a NEW page for updates on the uptime of our services. 

When we’re experiencing a service ‘blip’ or performing updates where you may notice a service outage for any reason, we will update the service page to provide you with any information relevant to the situation.

VIP VoIP – Status

At the top right-hand corner of the page, you will notice a prominent button labeled “Get Updates”. By clicking on this button and signing up with your email address, you can opt in to receive regular updates and notifications. These updates will be delivered directly to your inbox, ensuring that you stay informed about the latest developments before your customers do.

About the page

The service status section indicates the status of each area of service. When all systems are working correctly, the status will be shown in green. If a service is experiencing a fault or is down, a traffic light system will activate to indicate how long the service has been down and the severity of the problem.

If the traffic light system has been activated, there’s no need to worry! We’re already working hard to fix the problem, but we wanted to keep you up to date in the meantime.
