On Tuesday 30th September 2025, the team at VIP VoIP hosted our very first reseller event at GLIDE House in Sheffield. It was a day dedicated to collaboration, innovation and practical growth for our partners.
The event brought together resellers from across the UK to explore the latest developments in VoIP technology, gain valuable marketing insights and share success stories from within the VIP VoIP community.
A Day Packed with Value
The day began with networking over coffee and introductions, before our team shared key updates to the VIP VoIP platform, including the new browser phone and invoicing tool. These updates were met with fantastic feedback, particularly around how they can make day-to-day operations smoother for resellers and end users alike.
Our guest speakers then took to the stage for an insightful marketing workshop, led by the team at Example Marketing, focusing on how resellers can strengthen their online presence, refine their messaging and reach new audiences more effectively.
Hands-On Product Demos
One of the standout moments of the day came courtesy of ProVu, our leading telecoms equipment partner.
They showcased the latest VoIP handsets and hardware, offering live demonstrations and sharing valuable insights into upcoming trends in telecoms equipment and provisioning, as well as discuss practical use cases directly with the team.
Networking, Collaboration and Next Steps
The event wrapped up with lunch and relaxed networking, giving resellers a chance to connect, exchange ideas and form new partnerships.
Many shared that the event provided not just technical knowledge, but also renewed a sense of motivation heading into the final months of the year.
